NOTICE OF RDevDSFB PUBLIC OPEN MEETING of QUALIFIED PROPRIETORS AND DBIT OPEN AGM
The Statutory Annual Meeting of Qualified Proprietors and Statutory Annual Public Open Meeting will take place at 5pm on Thursday 13th September at the Castle Hotel, Huntly.
AGENDA for MEETING
The following matters will be considered:
1. Apologies for Absence.
2. Minutes (as read) of the last Annual Meeting of Qualified Proprietors held on 14th September 2017
3. Annual Report and Accounts to highlight the activities of the Board/Trust (copy to be mailed separately).
4. Highlight the main proposed activities of the Board and the Trust for the next year (by Chairman and Director).
5. Question and Answer Session (submit to Clerk by 5 Sept, please).
6. Any other competent business.
NOTICE OF TRIENNIAL ELECTION MEETING 2018
A Meeting of Qualified Proprietors will follow the Annual meeting for the purpose of electing a Board for the next 3 years (see notes attached). The format will be as follows:
1. Opening remarks by the Chairman.
2. The Lower Proprietors will elect their Representatives to the Board.
3. The Upper Proprietors will elect their Representatives to the Board.
MEETING OF ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES OF QUALIFIED PROPRIETORS
Then a Chairman will be elected (this meeting may be conducted in a separate room), followed by:
FIRST MEETING OF NEW BOARD
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of THE DEVERON BOGIE & ISLA RIVERS CHARITABLE TRUST
1. Welcome & apologies for absence.
2. Minutes (as read) of the last AGM held on 14th September 2017.
3. Financial Report of the Accounts for the year to 31 March 2018.
4. Re-election of Officers; appointment of Chairman.
5. Re-election of Accountant.
6. Any other competent business.
Following the Business element of the Meetings – A presentation on The Missing Salmon Project will be given by the Atlantic Salmon Trust.
Refreshments will be served at the close.
